In the field of civil law, she provides legal advice and representation on all aspects regarding real estate issues, focusing in particular on verifying real estate ownership history within the due diligence studies.
She is particularly passionate about real estate advertising systems, which is why she has dedicated herself to representing the clients’ interests in litigations related to the Land Registry and complaints against various certificates of completion of registration.
Related to the collection of overdue receivables, she provides assistance and representation in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings in respect of various insolvency claims such as appeals against the preliminary or consolidated list of creditors, decisions of the creditors’ meetings or appeals against the measures taken by the legal administrator.
At the same time, she has successfully represented debtors in appeals against enforcement against collectors of overdue receivables and local tax authorities, being convinced that thorough legal training must be accompanied by perseverance and tenacity in order to achieve the client’s desired outcome.
In the field of administrative-fiscal law, she represents clients involved in litigations concerning the control of the administrative acts’ compliance with the law, both by promoting contentious actions and by formulating exceptions of illegality.
In this matter, she has specialized in litigations concerning the cancellation or invalidation of competitions organized under the ordinance of the Minister of Internal Affairs no. 665/2009, no. 140/2016 and no. 177/2016, providing representation before any court in the country.
In the field of labor law, she assists clients in litigations arising from the execution of individual employment agreements and provides advice on the individual or collective dismissals processes.
She also provides advice on health and safety issues at work, advising both employees and employers on their rights and obligations with regard to the minimum safety and health requirements for temporary or mobile construction sites, the requirements to be respected by the workwear, the use of protection equipment by the workers and their exposure to vibration and noise when at work.
